Buying or Selling a Home?

I’d like to introduce you to my sister, Lesa Plantz. Like most of us, Lesa isn’t comfortable talking about herself, so let me share why I know she is the right choice to help you buy or sell a home in the Thousand Islands. Lesa is enthusiastic. When she calls me about a new listing (I work on her web site) I hear (in excrutiating detail) all about the property, what she sees as the strengths and weakness, and how she plans use all that information to market the property so her client gets the desired price. When she is helping someone buy a home, she is all about focusing the search to get the largest number of desired features to fit her clients’ budget.

I don’t think I’ve told her this, but I wasn’t surprised when Lesa became a real estate agent (and now a broker). We did a lot of babysitting when we were kids. The morning after a new job (50 cents an hour!) our Mom would always ask, “So, what was their house like?” My answer was usually a shrug followed by a critique of the telelvision and snacks. Lesa would put down her spoon, think about it, the start talking about the rooms, how they were arranged, the sofa, the draperies… She has alway had an eye for detail.

Inspired by the beauty of the Thousand Islands, that eye for detail now encompasses the outdoors through her photography. All the pictures on this site are hers. “Location, location, location” is the first rule of real estate. Having someone who can showcase your location is an advantage.
